GATES was written for ensemble Kymatic and was premiered in Stockholm in 2023. 

The piece revolves around microtonal notes on the electric guitar which are orchestrated in the rest of the ensemble. It also relies heavily on senza misura notation where the member of the ensemble que each others entrances.
